Finish Strong! The Teacher Virtual Conference is Here!

Hello and happy holidays to each of you!

I know that it has been way too long since we have connected here. Too long! The school year has been full of “new”- new grading, new report cards, new expectations. Calling it “new” is simply the best way to explain it. LOL. It has been new and a bit overwhelming at times. You know how you just don’t like/agree with something, so you dig your heels in and attempt to refuse to do it. Ha!

That’s how I felt about the beginning of this school year. No, I don’t want to do standards-based report cards. No, I don’t want to learn new standards. No, I don’t want a new Science curriculum. No, I don’t want any more teacher observations! Do doctors and lawyers have to do yearly observations- twice a year, at that?? Huh?

Phew! I digress. : )

The Teacher Virtual Conference is Here!

I am so happy to be here with you!! I wanted to come on and share the new Teacher Virtual Conference that will kick off today. This year’s theme is Finishing Strong and it is all about helping all of us end this decade- My gosh, we have lived through an entire decade! Gee, can’t you remember the 2000’s when they began?! It seems like yesterday and like a long time ago all at the same time, right?

The virtual conference wants to help us all end this year with grace and enter 2020 ready to receive our many gifts and blessings.

This is a brightly colored graphic that shows sets of legs/feet that are moving forward in a running motion. The graphic is announcing a Teacher Virtual Conference that is promoting finishing the 2019 school year strong.

The New Year Reboot Conference, Finishing Strong, is completely free. It begins today, December 28th and will end at approximately 11:59 p.m. December 29th. No worries, it is not too late to register. You can use my affiliate link to sign up by clicking here. Again, it is free of charge and being that it is a virtual conference, you can watch the sessions from anywhere and at any time.

Let’s Finish 2019 Strong Together!

There are over 50 presenters, all of whom are educators, that are excited to share tips, support, ideas, and motivation that will help all of us be our best selves both in and outside of the classroom. More than 70 presentations are awaiting you! Over 10,000 people attended the conference last year.

The virtual conference is broken up into 3 different sections. One section is on Classroom Management. Another session is all about Surviving Testing Season. There is also a section on Teacher Wellness. I have a video that I created just for you in this area. My session title is “Self-Care is Classroom Management!”

I am wearing a black dress with silver zippers on the shoulders. My head is tilted slightly and am smiling without showing any teeth. My look is fun and slightly mischievous.

I hope that you will watch to see what I have shared with you. Saying that I am excited to share it with you would be an understatement! My focus is on mindset. As you know, that has been an area that I have truly been dedicated to this year. It’s a continuous work in progress, but I can feel the shifts. I wanted to share what I am learning and applying with you. I genuinely hope that the information will be as helpful for you as it has been for me!

Here is the link, again, if you would like to join all of the other educators that will be active in this great community. Grab your favorite beverage. Stay in your jammies, if you like. Or, take us with you and listen and watch on the go. Can’t wait to see you there!

Oops, I almost forgot. You can also interact with all of the presenters in the Educators2Educators Teacher Virtual Conference Facebook Group. Please share your thoughts, inspirations, and a-ha moments with us.

Cheers to wellness and to your continued growth and success!
